Terms & conditions :

• 3% Supplementary Duty (SD) + 15 % VAT inclusive of SD will be applicable for all charges + 1% surcharge on base tariff
• To turn on Auto Renewal feature after package activation, SMS "ON" to 5000. If a data pack is discontinued, the customer will be able to continue enjoying internet access at the default Pay As You Go rate (BDT 0.80/MB up to BDT 200; SD and VAT applicable).
• To check internet balance, please dial *567#.
• Beyond just high speed data packs, make video calls to your loved ones at BDT 1.2/ min (10 sec pulse applicable) only.
• Extra usage fee of BDT 0.01/10KB applicable for volume, smartplans and social packs for up to 200 Taka after which the data package will get discontinued. For 4MB postpaid pack & 3MB pack Extra usage fee limit is 20 Taka after which package will get deactivated.
• Customers under 3G coverage will get up to 1 Mbps speed for all packages except otherwise mentioned.
• Customers not under 3G coverage and without a 3G enabled device will experience the maximum available 2G speeds.
• Average likely speed will depend on multiple factors such as handset used, website visited, distance from BTS, time of the day, etc.
• All of the packages mentioned above with 28 days are applicable for Prepaid only. Postpaid customers will enjoy 30 days validity for the respective packages.
• For Night 2 GB Pack, day time internet browsing (i.e. 10:01AM to 11:59PM) charge will be at BDT 0.80 / MB as per actual usage. After volume exhaustion during night time usage (12:00AM to 10:00AM) charge will be at BDT 0.80 / MB as per actual usage.
• Apart from the above mentioned packs, the following packs will be available : Click 3 MB pack (3MB & 2MMS at Tk 1.15 for 2 days) and Minipack 60MB (60MB at Tk 16 for 10 days) with speeds up to 128 kbps.
• In order to make a 3G video call, it is necessary that your handset have a front-camera and also have the video call feature. Video call does not use data channels on Grameenphone 3G network; however, separate per minute video call charge will be applicable.
• For Smartplan data, voice, SMS and MMS will not be carry forwarded after successful autorenew. . If a customer fails to auto renew, he/she will be able to continue enjoying internet access at the default Pay As You Go rate (BDT 0.80/MB up to BDT 200; SD and VAT applicable).
• Customers last subscribed in Heavy Usage Data Pack, Smart Plans & Social Packs can SMS “usage” to 5000 to know their data balance.
• Video pack volume will be used to browse Youtube and bongo websites and customers will not be able to browse any other sites unless he/she has any carried forward volume.
• If the subscriber purchases a new data pack while having another active data pack, the terms and conditions of the new data pack (i.e. price, volume, validity and all other applicable terms & conditions) will be applicable.
• To cancel your current data pack, write CANCEL and send to 5000

Smart Plans - Terms & Conditions :

• To purchase the preferred Smart Plan, customers need to type the applicable keyword and send to 5000 (SMS Charge is Free) or dial the USSD activation code.
• To turn on Auto Renewal feature for Smart Plans, please SMS "ON" to 5000
• Smart plan voice minutes will be applicable for all local operator call cases including community numbers.
• Smart plan voice minutes will not be applicable for any IVR based voice services like 121, 4000, 789 etc.
• Extra usage fee of BDT 0.01/10KB applicable after exhaustion of the respective volume limits of the smartplans for uptp 200 taka after which the data package will get discontinued.
• SMS and MMS will be applicable for GP-GP numbers only.
• To check Internet Usage and remaining Voice, SMS, MMS customer need to dial *567# or send SMS typing VIEW to 5000 (no charges applicable).
• If a customer purchases another Smart plan pack while using one already, then the Voice minutes, SMS, MMS balance, and pack validity duration will be added to the existing plan’s respective volumes and validity duration.
• “My Zone” Customer can also avail the offer. My Zone discount will be applicable after consumption of the smart pack minutes.
• To cancel Smart Plan Instantly, customers need to write STOP and send to 5000 (SMS Charge is Free).
• 10 sec pulse applicable in Smart plan talk time for all prepaid customers.
• All free minute will be applicable for GP-GP, GP- Other local number including FnF/ Super FnF /CUG calls
• Offer applicable for all Grameenphone prepaid and postpaid products (except I-SIM Postpaid) until further notice.
• If any existing volume based Internet Package customer takes smart plan, his/her previous Internet volume will be canceled from his account and he will start enjoying the data, voice, SMS and MMS as per the purchased smart plan.
• If the subscriber purchases a new data pack while having another active data pack, the terms and conditions of the new data pack (i.e. price, volume, validity and all other applicable terms & conditions) will be applicable and any unused volume of the previous data pack will be forfeited.
