Banglalink SME package offers attractive tariffs and a complete package customized to suit the needs of small and medium enterprises. It is a very simple package that will help your business flourish by minimizing the cost of your communication.

► Banglalink SME call & control :

** To Banglalink numbers :09.00am - 12.00am: 0.99tk/min.
12.00am - 09.00am: 0.99tk/min.

** To other numbers :
09.00am - 12.00am: 1.08tk/min.
12.00am - 09.00am: 1.08tk/min.

** 5 fnf (any operators, 24hrs) :
To Banglalink fnf: 0.49tk/min.
To others fnf: 0.84tk/min.

** Pulse : 1sec (on net); 10sec (off net and BTCL)

** SMS charge (24hrs) :
To any local numbers: 0.50tk/SMS.
To international numbers: 2.50tk/SMS.

** Migration Process : To migrate into SME call & control package, customers need to visit customer care center or Banglalink point with below necessary documents or identifications.

1. Subscriber Agreement Form (SAF)
2. Two copy passport size photos
3. Identifications: e.g: national id card photocopy & reference person id number, his/her full contact details
4. Migration charge: 108.50 Taka
5. Trade licence photocopy

** Tariff plan : 14 paisa/10 seconds (84 paisa/minute) to any operators during 24 hours a day.

** Pulse : 10 seconds (on-net, off-net and BTCL)

** SMS charge (24hrs) :
To any local numbers: 0.50tk/SMS.
To international numbers: 2.50tk/SMS.

** friends & family (fnf) service is not applicable for banglalink SME start-up package.

** Migration Process : type 'SME' and send SMS to 7777.

► Banglalink SME Promotional Package :

** Tariff plan : 12 paisa/10 seconds (72 paisa/minute) to any operators during 24 hours a day.

** Pulse : 10 seconds (on-net, off-net and BTCL)

** SMS charge (24hrs) :
To any local numbers: 0.50tk/SMS.
To international numbers: 2.50tk/SMS.

** friends & family (fnf) service is not applicable for banglalink SME promotional package.

** Migration Process : type 'START' and send SMS to 7777 and then recharge minimum 100tk.

► Banglalink SME flat tariff :

** Tariff plan : 1.20tk/min (20paisa/10sec) to any operators during 24 hours a day.

** 5 fnf (any operators; 24hrs) :
To banglalink fnf no's: 0.60tk/min.
To others fnf no's: 0.84tk/min.

** Pulse : 10sec (on net, off net and BTCL)

** SMS charge (24hrs) :
To any local numbers: 0.50tk/SMS.
To international numbers: 2.50tk/SMS.

** Migration Process : type 'REG' and send SMS to 777.


► Banglalink SME 500 Package :

** Tariff plan : 12.5 paisa/10 seconds (75 paisa/minute) to any operators during 24 hours a day.

** Pulse : 10 seconds (on-net, off-net and btcl)

** SMS charge (24hrs) :
To any local numbers: 0.50tk/SMS.
To international numbers: 2.50tk/SMS.

** Migration Process :

1. For FREE registration, customers need to dial dial *132*12# and then need to type '500' and send a FREE SMS to 8932. registration will be processed within 72 hours of sending request.
2. Registered customers can be deactivate by typing 'D' and sending a free SMS to 8932 and need to dial *132*13# after deregistration, customers will return their previous tariff.
3. Registered customers can be checked their total usage by dialing *132*14#
4. After registration, customer needs to use tk500+vat/month. if their usage are not tk575 (including VAT), so SME 500 offer will be deactivated and they will return SME regular tariff.
5. friends & family (fnf) service is not applicable for banglalink SME 500 package.
